3.4 Account registration is personal to the registered User. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other individual or entity.
4.1 All financial transactions on 98ab — deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 98ab reserves the right to request verification documents confirming ownership of the payment method used. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and the originating user account may be subject to review.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. 98ab reserves the right to perform identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
4.4 98ab does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (including JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own charges, which are the User's responsibility.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are specified within the account cashier. These limits are subject to revision at 98ab's discretion.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on 98ab are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the 98ab platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by 98ab, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn by the User. The outcome of a bet is determined in accordance with the applicable rules at the time the event or game concludes.
5.3 98ab reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the event of a system error, data feed error, manifest pricing error, or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
5.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event or casino game, the decision of 98ab's adjudication process, applying the applicable product rules, shall be final and binding.
5.5 Live in-play betting is offered on selected cricket, PSL, and other sporting markets. Live odds are subject to rapid change. 98ab accepts no liability for any delay between the displayed odds and the actual market price at the time a bet request is submitted.
6.1 98ab may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the promotion details.
6.3 98ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus balances where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of bonus terms. 9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98ab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access not caused by 98ab's own negligence.
